I can highly recommend Decoria Painting. We used Decoria Painting for a new house in City Beach for both external and internal painting. Les and his team were a pleasure to deal with, from the first meeting at the premises to the end of the project where we needed a few touch ups after trades had marked walls/doors etc. Decoria painting were professional and sincere in their approach. They gave us a timeline for the painting of the premises and adhered to it. Nothing was too much trouble for Decoria painting and to be honest they were an absolute pleasure to deal with which is important when dealing with trades in Western Australia. I have no hesitation in recommending them for housing/apartment projects.

Decoria Painting was one of three quotes obtained for the painting of the whole interior and exterior of our 6+ year-old double storey home. Having to redecorate a relatively new home was necessary due to the cracking to interior walls around the coving and to exterior rendered walls resulting from builder’s poor initial workmanship.
Not knowing any of the three companies who quoted Decoria was selected, as theirs was the most detailed and economic of the three quotes. Being disappointed with the builders workmanship naturally made us a bit apprehensive about the work to be undertaken. To alleviate our fears Decoria provided us with contacts where their work had recently been completed and we went to inspect and talk to the owners of the properties. Great reviews were provided so we organized a start date with Decoria. Agata provided a very helpful color selection service to enable us to match our existing color scheme and all was arranged for an early start.
Unfortunately uncertain family health issues meant we had to postpone the start on a couple of occasions and both Les and Agata were very accommodating and fitted in with our start date changes without any problems.
Finally we gave the go ahead and work started late in 2015 after originally agreeing a start 6 months earlier. Thanks Les and Agata for your considerable patience.
From start to finish we found all the team at Decoria to be punctual, thoughtful and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble and considerable care was taken at all times to protect our belongings and to inconvenience us as little as possible.
Again Les and Agata accommodated our request to cease work due to expected visitors and to recommence after Christmas. All the work was completed in accordance with our final deadline and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. (Far better finish than when we first moved into the house as new).
Since completion both Les and Agata have provided excellent after sales service by visiting to ensure we are fully satisfied with their work and finish.
All the Decoria Team who worked on our house were excellent workers and we must mention Lucas in particular who was working on our job from start to finish. An excellent and courteous young man who did a terrific job. Thanks Lucas.

We were pleased with the work Decoria Painting did for a Strata Company we belong to a year or so ago so we asked if they could quote on our Townhouse which needed some repairs to cracks and holes where old fittings had been as well as wear and tear over many years.
Les came exactly when he said he would and promptly provided a well prepared quote. He promised to work around our new shutter installation so we were not inconvenienced longer than need. We did have another quote, which was comparable, but Decoria Painting’s quote was clearly set out and anything additional as negotiated later was also clearly indicated on the invoice. Not only that but colour consultancy provided by charming Agata was extremely helpful.
The work was completed within the time frame. As promised if we required any touch up work after the shutter installers had been, Les returned, to patch up rust around an exhaust fan that was omitted and overlooked at final inspection and also removed a paint mark not noticed on the carpet.

We obtained three quotations for the repainting of the interior of our 1960’s-built (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom) home that we purchased in Wembley Downs in February 2016. The property had not been painted for some years and there was lots of preparation required, including filling, sanding and repair work on some ceilings where damp had affected the paintwork.
We selected Decoria Painting to do the work because they offered a competitive price and we were very impressed with their professionalism and with the detail and clarity of their quotation. Les came around to talk about what we wanted to do re painting our house and to work out a quote. He was neatly dressed in his paint gear, well-mannered and I was impressed by his question and listening skills. He had a serious side and fun side and offered some good suggestions re colour and contrast and added value with his professionalism.
A couple of days after we agreed on a price Agata knocked on my door and introduced herself as Decoria Colour Consultant. To complement Les, Agata added texture to our experience by by painting 7 small line samples of the colours we liked on the wall that was to be painted. This provided an opportunity for us to see how they would look in reality and test these colours for a few days to help us make the right choice. Agata added value with her delightful manner, constructive ideas and professionalism.
